was an ideal base for christmas. clean, great value hotel, the location was particularly good not far from the food court, all the nearby attractions such as the lake, and the railway station. the room was spotless and huge with an exceptionally comfortable bed and where kids slept. the breakfast was super and very good and the entire staff was amiable.

We got an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with an excellent bathroom. Not to mention, the unique safe that opened and closed with the digital key was a cool feature. The staff treated us like royalty throughout our stay. From the room upgrade to the beautiful flower decorations and personalized cake, their attention to detail was exceptional. We even enjoyed a couples massage and a drink at the fabulous bar. The live music performance that played our wedding song was a heartfelt touch. The food was absolutely incredible, and we have to give a special shoutout to the manager for creating such a perfect experience. Our only regret was having to check out, as we didn't want to leave this amazing place.

This hotel is located in the beautiful mountains of Sri Lanka. The staff here provided us with a very hospitable service during our stay. They easily accommodated my special request of preparing a special local dish for me free of charge. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a variety of facilities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pools, and a sauna.

The value for my money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, right next to the Grand Hotel and close to town. The staff at Araliya Green Hills were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Excellent customer service from the entire hotel staff. We had an issue with the bathroom door locking itself, but the maintenance team arrived promptly and fixed it. The rooms were clean and fresh-smelling. Although the views from the room were not great, the location of the hotel allowed for easy access to the beautiful surrounding scenery. I would highly recommend Araliya Green Hills for a pleasant stay.
